Derrick has been in the commercial construction industry for over 12 years, managing various s projects ranging from $50M to over $500M in size across a wide array of markets. He brings valuable insight to our investments through thorough analysis of margin, return, and the scaling of management organizations operating TCI's opportunities. 

Bobby joins TCI after leaving a director role at a $3.5 trillion-dollar global banking institution where he spearheaded global infrastructure management and project management. He provides TCI and its clients expert analysis and cost-benefit analysis that proves extremely profitable to all of our clientele. 

Ariel is TCI's client specialist while also serving as the Executive Assistant. She ensures that all of our clients are attended on their requested levels of communication, providing detailed reports and updates on current ventures.
